RECEPTION RAW MATERIAL

AUTHOR/CARBONIZATION

Woodworking process Carbonization is carried out in a furnace burning. combustion process carried out using furnace 1 type wood.

COOLING & WEATHERING

Wood that has been burned deeply furnace for approximately 8 – 14 days, then refrigerated in the furnace for 1 – 3 days.
Once the wood is in the stove cold, then charcoal removed from the furnace and spread out in the outside area for then processed coolong and weathering for 2 – 3 days

SORTING

Once the wood charcoal has cooled, process itnext is sorting. Good and suitable wood charcoal specifications separated from wood charcoal which is not included in the specifications

FINAL INSPECTION

After the items are sorted, then goods will be tested sampling by QC or surveyor
